Property is about people

I’m Brendan Vink — husband, dad of three, local Te Awamutu real estate agent, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Before real estate, I spent years working as a teacher and pastor. Both taught me a lot about people — how to listen, how to communicate clearly, and how to walk alongside people when they’re making big decisions.

Those are the same things I bring to real estate today.

I’m not really the flashy-agent type. I’d rather sit down, have a proper conversation, understand what you’re trying to achieve, and give you straight advice about the best way forward.

Local knowledge. Real conversations.

Te Awamutu is home for my family and I. I work with people buying and selling homes, lifestyle property and land throughout Te Awamutu, Kihikihi and the wider Waipā District.

I know that selling a property can feel like a big deal — because it is.

For most people, their home is one of their biggest financial assets, but there’s usually much more attached to it than money. There are memories, family changes, plans for what comes next, and sometimes a fair bit of stress thrown in as well.

My job is to make that process as clear and straightforward as possible.

That means good communication, honest feedback, strong marketing and a clear plan from the beginning.

A little bit different

I don’t think you need to become a different person just because you work in real estate.

So what you see is pretty much what you get.

I like having a laugh. I don’t take myself too seriously. But when someone trusts me with their property, I take that responsibility very seriously.

Whether you’re ready to sell, thinking about making a move, or you simply want to know what your property might be worth in today’s Market, I’m always happy to have a conversation.

No pressure. No complicated sales pitch.

Just calm, clear guidance you can trust.
